Prior to founding GFG Holdings, Eduardo was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. (“Deutsche Bank”, formerly Bankers Trust Securities Inc.) in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking division.
Eduardo joined Deutsche Bank as an Analyst in 1996. While at Deutsche Bank, Eduardo took part in the completion of over $2.0 billion in mergers and acquisitions, $5.0 billion in bank financings, $1.5 billion in public and private placements, $200.0 million in capital raisings and $600.0 million in debt restructurings.
Eduardo holds a B.S. in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego with a focus in Finance and Applied Mathematics. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and with Highest Distinctions. Eduardo is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
