Esmeralda Baltazar serves as the Director of Human Resources and Assistant Vice President at GFG Holdings, LLC.

She is responsible for the firm’s overall human capital strategy throughout the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development. As a trusted advisor and partner to the executive leadership team, she supports the firm’s growth and continuous improvement initiatives.

Esmeralda is a dynamic HR professional with a decade of experience in human resources management spanning multiple industries, such as manufacturing, professional employer organizations, real estate, and banking. In her previous roles, she provided counsel and support to business owners, leadership, and key stakeholders, helping them achieve human capital operational goals. This involved mitigating risk, developing trust, and building effective partnerships.

Esmeralda is a graduate of Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She also holds an MBA from Keiser University. As a certified member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), she holds the SHRM-SCP designation. Esmeralda stands out for her interest in team welfare and development, her achievement-oriented style, her flexible approach, and her leadership skills, which foster effective communication and collaboration.
