Mauricio Gruener co-founded GFG Holdings alongside his brother Eduardo Gruener in 2004 to provide financial and real estate services.
Prior to GFG Holdings, Mauricio was a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston (“CSFB”) in the Private Client Services division. Mauricio joined CSFB in 2001. At CSFB, Mauricio managed assets for high-net-worth individuals.
Mauricio also worked at Lehman Brothers Wealth Management Group and HSBC (formerly Republic National Bank of New York) in the fixed-income-trading desk and later in the Private Clients Group.
Mauricio received his MBA from Thunderbird Business School with a major in Finance. He also attended University of California San Diego, where he received a degree in Quantitative Economics. He is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization.
