Her duties include identifying, evaluating and solving hiring challenges, recruiting top talent, mediating and suggesting solutions and compiling information about compensation and benefit packages.
Yanetsy has been in the financial services industry since 2006. Prior to joining GFG Holdings, LLC in 2017, Yanetsy worked at International Finance Bank as the HR Generalist and Marketing Officer. Here, she was responsible for the daily functions of the Human Resource department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
In addition to her professional experience, Yanetsy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Florida International University in Miami, FL. Yanetsy also completed her undergraduate studies at Florida International University earning a B.S. degree Human Resources and Finance.
